I am looking to plot a metric of average 3hr power.

The logic of writing formulas seems simple, but so far I seem to be failing at it. Any help with the formula and or a good website on writing formulas would be appreciated.

Thanks
Jim

If you want to plot average 3hr power as a trend chart then you don't need to use a formula.
You just need to create a curve with type 'Best' and select 3 hour peak power.

Knew there had to be an easy way. I had not used that function before.

Thanks.

Doesn't Golden Cheetah have a online group for help?

Nice thing about WKO4 is the great support you get.

On the CP curve there is a curve for your maximums and also one for This Ride.
If you scroll over to 3 hrs you can read the average 3 hr power for this ride as well as the maximum average 3 hr power you ever sustained.
