Which electrolyte drink do you use?

On those hot summer days, I sweat a lot. I have found that Skratch helps the most to replace lost electrolytes. In the cooler weather, and on longer rides, I typically use Heed. Indoors on the trainer, its just plain water.

I wanted to try these two brands/ products also but why do you mix these two products? The Skratch and the nuun active are pretty similar, don't you think?

Did you try the "nuun energy" ?

instead of using too much Skratch, i like the effervescent bubbles that come from the Nuun tabs. i don't use the energy ones...just the regular ones. sometimes, i'll swap it with SiS tabs.
