A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

so let me start out by saying that i never wanted to get this to using "boosts". That is not what i am looking for. Now that it has been a month on supplements i can report that i have seen an improvement just not where i was hoping i should be, comparing a year ago recovery. So i have taken time off from the bike and that has helped. I have been taking Glutamine, whey protein, BCAA, CITRULLINE MALATE and BETA-ALANINE. i am 32years old and have a doctors appointment to make sure nothing is wrong with me, i have also been taking easy days bringing 220W to 190 and that is better but still wake up the next morning with tired legs. i will report back if it has something to do with me. Thanks for all the comments.
