Trying to understand what the stress charts in golden cheetah mean. Got the new version. I see numbers and lines not sure what to make of it at the moment. I can see I am less stressed now than in december which is good but what else should I know that I don't at the moment. you can probably guess I don't know alot at present.

I presume you mean the "stress" tab with wbal etc, and not the PMC charts?
If its the PMC one's, a read up of what its telling you might be in order. This is a good a place as any to start.

If its the "stress" tab, i'm of no use i'm afraid. I've not bothered with it. A trip onto the GC group might be in order..
You say you're less stressed than 1 month ago. How have you come to that conclusion?
Is it that you only have so much data to base it on?
Or you have been doing a lot less?
A screen dump would be good

the stress values in GC are lower. also when I ride (every day twice a day except sundays which is just one long ride) I do a few warm up effort with a power meter and look at my heart rate. I can spot fatigue quickly and then adjust what I do that ride. Volume is the same 20+hrs a week. Last week I took it easy and did 15hrs as I felt very fatigued by wednesday and the recovery has put me right again.
I upload all my rides in GC did another dump tonight.
both tabs show me data I don't really get. I am trying to work out if GC can tell me things that my feel method can't.
