Relay-racing

After calculating the costs and explaining the benefits it looks that I'm setting up a team to race a 24hour roadbike event. We're looking at a team of 4 to 8 cyclists with some experience. I'm guessing some WW's have done this before so I'm looking for some dos and dont's in this topic.

I'm also interested in the equipment and other stuff that we'll need on the day (and night).
