No matter how hard I push I've never entered my Aerobic zone (or so as Strava has it - at >192), and in fact I've never had it over 189. At 22 I'd be hoping to be getting close to 200. Have I got an issue, or is there something wrong with what I'm doing? In a race I tend to average 158 to 170 and at rest I'm low-mid 40s.
