If you are a cat 1 at under 23 years of age, you certainly have talent to compete on the national level. Very few people accomplish that that early.
Don't take me too seriously. The only person that doesn't hate Froome.

I personnally never saw any woman ousprint any cat.1 U23. Maybe a dozen in the whole country can stay in a cat.1 field...

If you lead her out for 2 hours +, and she outsprints you when you're totally exhausted from your previous efforts, it's another thing...

As mentioned above, training sprints on a slight downhill or a tailwind will a) get you on top of that gear b) help you focus on technique and c) boost confidence (I'm doing 65 kph omg!)
What I did was 200 m sprints followed by 1.8 km rests over 40 km. (warmup not included, 20 sprints in total)
I did this twice per week for a month and saw quite a bit of improvement.
