The other day I noticed there are some youtube videos about an hour long for you to follow on the trainer. I am all for buying some videos (I have some).
but they can get boring. Plus, free is always nice..

If you know any good ones to use post them here! :beerchug:

Not a trainer video, but I did an FTP test the other day with YouTube video of footage from the classic 2000 TDF stage featuring Lance vs. Pantani on the Ventoux climb. It's only 40 minutes long, so I started it after my warm up, but the idea of staying with a couple doped-up supermen was good motivation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bMBTRqctF0

I like the spring classics on youtube - riding along w Tom, Fabian, Carl, etc is always good fun
