Indoor Spinning Classes?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Don't ask, just do it! You may find that the pedals can be hard to get off though since they're hardly ever removed and are soaked in dripping saltwater often. :shock:

LOL I can hear the guy now. "Um, sir? What are you doing to the bike?"

The bikes are brand spanking new so they probably don't have any corrosion issues from sweat.

I use my Time pedals everytime...no way for spd for me.

Today class was SO sweatty! Those bikes need Lightweight wheels!!!

Yeah those bikes are no ww's.

I stopped by there yesterday and talked to the instructor (hot chick! :lol: ) After a closer look at the pedals on one side they have the toe clips and on the other side they have spd compatable receivers. Cool. I'll just take my old cycling shoes and stick some SPD's on there and give it a go.

I've been going to spin class for a few weeks. I dig it. The Monday night instructor is a Nazi but the wednesday night instructor makes me want to fall asleep if I go at her pace.
