I just got a g3 powertap and was wondering what the reason and results of using the non zero cadence setting on the garmin for power and cadence is.
Thanks

I personally recommend including zeros for power and excluding them for cadence.
I only want to know how fast I'm pedalling when I'm turning the cranks. Power, you need to know the real average.
