wind/ gas after training

anyone here have any experience after your training or competition your tummy has alot of gases and you will fart alot?

empty stomach actually. Only a cup of malt drink with oat 1 to 2 hours before any event.

So have you tried changing the diet? Stressors, including training stressors, can affect the intestinal flora. Or perhaps you have an intolerance to one of the things you are eating. Dehydration can also be a factor.

Swap out one thing at a time and see what happens.
