Pain in outer kneecap?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Apparently my left cleat was positioned a bit off from ideal and after I bought a 25mm setback seat post -- as recommended by the fitter to go further back with the saddle -- I am happy to report that the pain has gone away for the time being. I will do another century this Sunday so hopefully it continues this way.
Thanks to all for their input.

^^^ Dont just do a Century without a proper warmup a day before. Maybe 1.5-2 hours.
Then taper for 100km or M.

Pain-free so far.
