Recently the board software has been updated and there are some known bugs/failures:
- Avatars are currently not being displayed ✔ FIXED
- Tapatalk connection is currently broken ✔ FIXED
- Avatars cannot be uploaded ✔ FIXED

Please note that we will soon do some changes in WW board template design in case to get a fully mobile/desktop responsiveness board!

Does anyone have any experience using these products? They are advertized by Science in Sport in the UK. I went on their website and the products look interesting. Any feedback? Thanks in advance.

CLA is a fatty acid i think and is used in slimming and also acts to suppress the appetite a bit too.

L-Gluatamine is an amino acid and supplementing with this is said to increase the efficiency of your immune system and increase the release of hgh. There are also claims that it can prevent heart disease.. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/quer ... t=Abstract

To a racing cyclist, i think only the glutamine would be of benefit in terms of the immunity it provides, however, i think immunity could be increased more effectively by simply taking a multivit and perhaps extra vitamin c.

Just my view and I'd like to hear the view of others :)

I know they advertise L-Gluatamine for weight training in Aus.

I've read a little more about L-Glutamine.. It is a non-essential amino acid meaning your body can make it. Since your body can make it, the gut will break down none essential amino acids to their initial carbon skeleton to make which ever other non-essential amino acids are required at the time. So supplementation with normal whey protein is probably as effective, if not more effective as glutamine.

sorry but taking supplements of vitamin C is a bit stupid...

only 250 ml of orange juice and you avec almost 150% of your daily apport.

It might be 150% of the RDI, but is it much for an active athlete?

No it's not enough. But 150% of the RDI can be found in only 250ml of orange juice. So, with good nutrition habits, I think it's easy to have enough of vit C.
