Run with that and see how you go. It'll make training a little harder, but you should be able to manage.

i am using g.c., poweragent and strava, and every software is calculating a different np (xp), so np should be handled with care.

as said: run with your recent data, and monitor it with the results of your daily training. (f.e., if there are extraordinarily-high 5 min-efforts, or 2h-sst-workouts, this might indicate, that your recent ftp is to low)
