The roadie got in today, but there's something wrong with the chain...looks like it managed to wrap itself around my rear derailleur, as it's now partially outside of the mechanism. I have absolutely no idea how this happened. Also, I seem to be missing one of the little allen-head screws that hold my der. hanger onto the dropout. The hanger is flexing out, and it's very disconcerting to me. If I take this in to an LBS, will they replace it (it's still under warranty)?

They're not obliged to fix it, because it doesn't sound like a material fault, but perhaps a problem with the shipping handling. However, in my experience any good LBS usually takes a look at any decent bike and will help out the rider as much as they can because it bodes well for return custom.
