elbow pain

hey guys, was wondering if you could help me out a little bit. i have been riding a fair amount recently and have been having pain in my left elbow. my bike has been set up the same for over a year and the pain is a recent occurrence. i ride with my elbows at a slight bend, so its not an issue of locking them. does anyone else have this problem? any ideas as to hot to fix this? i dont do any other activities that would cause this, only hurts while riding. thanks for any advice.
