For my job I have to move around a given area and have always driven from meeting to meeting. I have started walking from meeting to meeting. I walk fast and hard and it's a hilly area. I have found this beneficial to my cycling, I think. It adds strength to my legs and I feel I can power up those hills a bit more easily now.
