well people are pretty much free to believe or not what other posters write on the forum.

Exactly, devinci. I've said before, I say it again, if people don't believe my posts at face value, good. Do the research yourself, you'll discover more on the way. But my time is short (as are most posters) and I'm not going to link, reference or provide supporting evidence for everything I post. When I can I will. Certainly from feedback people seem to benefit front the information posted hence I will continue to do so.

We are on page 3 , You still eating? stop and you will lose the weight and we won't have to go to a 4th page. If we end up going more than a 5th page , you seriously need to think about weight watchers. Now stop eating so much.
