Hi everyone!
I've been completely away from cycling and any other sports for 1,5 year due to intensive medicine studies and lack of free time. Now I think to start cycling again, I could dedicate about 8-10 hours for training per week. Maybe you could suggest me any training plan, with which I could start cycling again?
Thanks in advance
How to get back to cycling?
