long pants won't be happening. I don't think drillium is the best way to do the lower part of the sleeves. How about Weight Weenies down both sleeves with a repeated pattern of small <6.8 (as was mentioned some time earlier in the thread) in either white or the lighter of the oranges?

Okay -- is this what you had in mind? This will also cover arm warmers. I like it. Obviously the sketch is a bit rough. Actual templates would be generated by Squadra art.

yeah something along those lines. Should look nice in a riding position, clean from the front since there isn't any on the upper arms but has detail from the side.

We'll let Squadra fiddle with the arm warmers to get it right. Everything is looking pretty good, looks like we'll be about ready to get orders in soon

Are you guys thinking of offering a long and short sleeve kit or just long sleeve?

well we can't get bibs tights or knickers (other than all black and no pad, which most people will have already), so it'll include Short Sleeve Jersey, Long Sleeve Jersey, Arm Warmers, Bibs, Caps, and possibly shoe covers and gloves.

hah, oddly enough I've considered it but didn't think we'd get enough people who'd want them.

we still have a couple of things to take care of. Got a bit delayed, so probably end of next week is a decent estimate.

djconnel, I like the cap. You could probably even simplify - the 6.8 bit would probably be seen by very few people, so it could most probably be eliminated to save a bit of cash...

Edit: I am referring to the 6.8 on the lower side of the bill of the cap...
