Onto this site........... why are some images like those seen posted by smera of his Look 595 large and clear and I have to always downsize my images to where they are barely visible to fit the 128kb limit?

You are trying to upload pictures to WW while smera is hosting them offsite. If you want to show larger images, host them elsewhere and include them in your posts using the IMG tag.
