Well for the future you know not to fly BA! I've always found Lufthansa to be better in your neck of the woods.

 I hope you didn't have to wait at the airport for to long then.

There was some info on how to dodge your ISP and get on the site anyway if they restrict it somehow in this thread over at the fairwheelbikes forum. Maybe it's of any use to you in the future?

zakeen, whe do you start proper training? As in long hard miles before building it into speed. Im just starting now, but I fear Im starting too soon. I do need to be on form at the start of the year though as I need to qualify for the TT champs now as im a senior.

sorry for being :offtopic:

Sorry evenfasterson, miss this one...

Ive started about a week ago. Pretty much:

45min run
Breaky
ride(3,4,4.5hrs)(Day1,Day2,Day3)
eat
Core workout
Spend 3-4hours on our new software.........
sleep.

on the Day4 I go to the gym and do a almost full body workout. I get the looks when I go to the gym  cause I go into the room where the.......big boys are and I go to the girl :P dumbell section and lift these little weights  kinda funny. I always get adivce from the 100kg guys that I will never put on muscle mass if I keep lifting those little girlie weights
