I know this is not bike related, but moderators please don't remove it.

I access the WW forum quite alot, and now all of a sudden at home the site has been blocked, all that happens now is that I get a message saying:

Forbidden

You cannot access the site on this server

Can any one help pleaseeeeee?

If yes, simply update your bookmark to http://weightweenies.starbike.com/

turn your "net nanny" off. It thinks weenie is close to similar spelled words for C*ck .....see if that helps

I was able to track down the IP your proxy uses to get sites and it was banned because of excessive traffic consumption caused by a website downloading tool.
Did you use such a tool in the past?
If yes, please don't do this again in the future, because it slows down our server and raises the traffic bill.
If you didn't it might have been someone in your area, who uses the same proxy.
Anyway I've removed the IP now from the ban list, you should be able to access the site from home now as well.
