I need help translating an email from German to English.

I ordered a saddle from a German online retailer. The saddle arrived and it was not what I expected. I have been trying to resolve this through emails. Babelfish has worked so far, but this message has got me stuck. Any help?

First they apologise for the incorrectly delivered items. They then offer you a rebate of 16euros on the saddle. They ask you to let them know if you are in agreement. They then apologise again.
