It's not completely WW, but it's every bit the equal of the top of the line offerings from De Rosa, Pinarello and Wilier.Nothing has ever been mounted to it and seatmast and steerer are uncut. The frame is spotless. It comes with all fittings and mounting hardware including the headset, carbon seatmast topper and seatmast cutting tool. Retail is around $4000.
