I bought some spacers that came with a pair of seatmast toppers. Brand new, 2 position, shiny black toppers for the TCR Advanced SL frames. I know these are newer than my 09 and they fit my bike, so they *should* fit yours

$30 + shipping for the one that's complete
$15 + shipping for the one that's not (missing the clamp)

New from Giant they're $120+.
