Beautiful v-brakes for cyclocross, the 8.4 designation refers to the arm length which is designed to match perfectly with SRAM and Campagnolo brake pull ratios. These are the "could be none more black but we threw silver in there just to give it that special love" black coloured variation. New in box, never mounted, never used. Are they light in weight? Yes, yes they are. Can I use this for most races in the Southwest? You're darn tootin'. Various reports on the "internet" indicate that thick mud clearance is not significantly different from traditional cantilever brakes.
