The "new subject" button should be at the top of the forum - it looks something like this:

(except for me, since my forum settings are in French, my buttons are in French, while we still write in English here.)

The search button is available at the very top of the page on all pages. It looks like this:


But sometimes it is easier to search Weight Weenies using Google. One way to do that is something like this:
"bh g5 frame weightweenies" where you are searching for BH, G5 and FRAME in weightweenies.
