I will be in Vienna for 5 days spanning the Dec 4/5 weekend.

Does anyone know the website for a CX race series near Wien?

Are Austrians as excited about cross as the rest of Europe?

I'm here for the semester. As far as I know, the races are in the other areas of austria. Nothing here in Vienna. I've seen a few serious cross bikes being ridden. That being said, I'm really wishing I'd brought one for all of the trails in the Prater. It's also better in the cold weather. I'm here through Dec 20, so feel free to get in contact if you want to ride with someone. But be aware, once it snows over a few cm here, and they put down the gravel, riding is more or less over for the year is what I've been told.
