Hi
What are the options for a pair of disc compatible hubs ?
I could use an MTB front and then would need a suitable rear, any suggestions ?

In the UK then there is Hope or Goldtec. Though you aren't likely to find anything under 28 hole.

you can pick up all the main disc hubs in the UK... (CK, DT, Tune, et al)

The real issue is whether you need 130mm OLN or can handle the 135 of the MTB hubs. You can always re-space/cone the Shimano ones.

Running a Crux and a Planet X frame that is MTB spaced.

No issues on the CruX

That was meant for the OP.

135mm is the way to go for sure. No point in manufacturers building 130mm frames when 135mm disc hubs already exist.
