I'm considering moving into the realm of power and the Quarq is probably the choice I'll make. Will I run into any issues running it on my cyclocross steed for the season? I'm assuming no but would like to cover all the bases....

If this is covered elsewhere please let me know. I did a search and could not find it.

One of the local dudes is running two quarqs on his main & pit bike... I think this is 3rd season I see him w/this setup.

I've used one for two seasons now, no issues. Swapped the outer ring for the CX season, if you can recalibrate after doing that great. Otherwise figure up to 5% off when you're on the outer ring. Torque bolts to spec with a torque wrench when doing ring changes too.

why does changing chainring affect accuracy? (not sure how quarq works).
for road, does 53T to 52T affect accuracy maybe 1%?

from my 36 to 50 I get .3% difference in power.

If you change the brand/type of ring, it may affect it, but going from the same brand/type of ring 1T will be negligible.
