Recommend me a new cross frame for a new cross racer

Hi I will be trying out cross this upcoming seaon, I am 120 pounds and I have a set of bb30 cranks. My criteria for the new frame are:

Best value for the money ( affordable, good geometry, light, reputable history etc. )
bb30
Aluminium
A pleasing paintjob/colors <-- for style points.

Other than the caad 9 cx what frames would you guys recommend?
