Hi, can anybody confirm for me the weight of a tricross singlecross frame and fork, size medium? Ive got a langster and wanted to replace with this bike and was hoping it wouldnt be too much heavier. So far I've found 840g for the fork? and maybe 1500-1650g frame? is this accurate... the langster frame weighs 1350g and stock fork is ~600g. Anybody got any numbers...would it make a good choice for the odd SSCX race.

those weights sound about right.

is a great little SSCX rig. have one, race it and love it. fork upgrade is a good option... can drop 300 odd grams for about $150 on ebay!

That sounds about right to me as well. I have one and it's a great knock around frame. I use it a lot on gravel/dirt road riding and during the winter. It can clear 45mm tires easily!

The fork is a real tank, but it's very durable. I wish the chainstays weren't quite as long and that it was 130mm spaced... but those are minor complaints and I love the bike for what it is.
