we had that at our local cross race last night it was a good recovery section. lots of fun.

Oooh...the 'Fairies' x race, I'm gonna miss this one as off to Majorca for a week. Is it the only one this year?

Snips; yup, just the one unfortunately. Enigma have kindly agreed to donate some ti skewers as extra prizes too.
Dimples: Laminar flow separates more easily from a surface than turbulent air. Delayed separation reduces drag. A groove perpendicular to the flow triggers laminar to turbulent conversion. A spinning object uses dimples so an edge always faces the flow.
