Apart from wound-up, is there anything available with an alu head tube and carbon legs, new or nos?

Or all alu? A google search only brings tons of Surly and other steel 1" CX forks which weigh a ton.
And if I ever meet an aardvark, I'm going to step on its damn protruding nasal implement until it couldn't suck up an insect if its life depended on it.

Alpha Q made one, I think you can find some 1" Winwood CX forks around from time to time.

Nashbar sells a carbon 1" threadless fork new.

Kinesis have made a few over the years, both carbon and aluminum.

I use a 4ZA/Forza Zornyc on my Colnago, bought for about £60-70 NOS if I remember right. Much lighter than the steel original!
