I am switching from Sram etap to Force 1 on my 2018 crux, are people funning full length cable housing through the frame for the rear derailluer? Thank you for the help.

No, not on the carbon version. works great like it is standard I think. Full length on the alu version as you don't have a choice.

My 2018 Crux uses full housing and it works fine. I'd recommend sticking with that.
