I really like the Canyon Endurance, it fits 33's, which is close, but no fender mounts. Not looking for a cross bike and it must be carbon.

Thanks!

The BMC Roadmachine 02 fits 28mm with fenders. Mine has enough clearance with 28mm Vittoria Rubino on 19C rims (measuring 29.6 mm at 95 psi) and SKS 35 mm fenders. You have mounts for fenders in the Roadmachine 02 (carbon). The Roadmachine 01 doesn‘t have the mounts for the fenders. The geometry of the RM02 (with the low head cone) is almost identical to my summer road bike.
I use my RM02 as my winter bike with SKS fenders and mudguards.

Roadmachine can only clear 30's though, no 34's. Forgot to add, must be disc.

2018 Specialized Diverge meets your requirements. Will take a 42mm wide tire. On mine w/ 38s, I'm pretty sure you could get fenders squeezed in. Has rack mounts at the dropouts, under the steerer, and behind the bb for fenders.

Trek Domane - as said now in a 'gravel' model with 35's. But it's the same frame as any other model so 34's should be no problem. And it has excellent hidden fender mounts which clear 30's.

The new Cannondale Synapse is probably also in the same boat but too new so nothing confirmed.
