I pretty much end up replacing these cables almost every 300 miles on my bike mostly cause the RD starts hanging (Lots of mud and dirt, wet loose gravel SRAM Red22). Looking at the jagwire sealed kit, do you guys have any opinions?

I just swapped regularly.
Used to unhook the outers to move them around, clean and oil every time the bike was cleaned. (Gear and brake)
Then swap gear inners after maybe 6-8 races. Swap the lot (inners, outers, tape, brake cables) after another 6-8.
Maybe do 24 races in a season.

Only time I tried sealed (gore iirc) they lasted about a dozen races. Then pretty much everything needed swapping.
Ended up costing me more than my usual routine. (Mostly top end shimano cables)

I have those Jagwire sealed cables on my road bike and mountain bike. They are great. No issues after 2+ years.

I'd recommend the sealed system of Gore too. Jagwire is nice as well but needs a bit more work.

On my Idworx I have a fully closed system by using an outer cable all the way from the shifter to the derailleur. This is actually a very inexpensive option if you can make your frame fit it. A decent outer cable and something like a dura-ace innercable will work for ages. Especially if you put those little rubbers at the end. (yes)

Shimano's poly system has decent scrappers, is probably the best performing, and cheapest.

Do you have a link for them? They are essential in cross and gravel.

I think any 11sp / duraace / ultegra / xtr cable set

Note the tip on the poly sets (above) which has an ID the same as the cable's OD.

MTB guys put these up there close with the Gores. Shimanos shift better overall and are easier to install on the frame. Gore if you are in the mud/powerwash apocalypse.
