Long time lurker and my first post so here goes
I've bought myself a CX bike that is fitted with Cole T38 tubular wheels, 142 x 12 rear thru axles and 100 x 15 front thru axles. I would like a pair of clinchers for road use and have been offered some DT Swiss R23 disc spline wheels but the rear is 135 x 10 and the front is 100 x 9
Is this a case of just changing the end adaptors to the correct length, if so where will I get adaptors?
Will the axle already in the hubs take a bigger thru bolt or will it require changing?
Are any special tools required for any work required?
Will the discs line up with the calipers? I have the 6 bolt discs and these are DT Swiss R23 spline disc hubs
Thanks in advance
This is the hubs in question
This is what I have fitted

You should be able to purchase end cap kits from DT to perform a swap. Check the compatibility pdf sheets on their website and use part numbers there. If in doubt get your LBS to do the swap but it is easy. DT also supply c-Lock to 6 bolt adaptors for rotors. Get some of these too so you can use the rotors you have.
