Cyclocross Fork, 15mm thru & disc brake
Moderator: Moderator Team
Looking for a full carbon fork that meets the following spec, 15mm thru axle, disc, 1 1/8" or tapered head tube. It's slim pickings out there...or I have only found ebay and Whisky Parts. Any tips on any other forks?
Getting a custom steel frame built and would love to be able to use same wheels on my primary race rig and this "back-up".
EDIT: Niner there too, but more money than others and "braze-ons" I don't need

OK. That one too...I just can't help not to cringe when I look at the prices. +$600 (or C$800) after taxes and shipping is kinda as much as I was planning on spending on rest of the components.
Kona Jake fork would be great, but only available as QR. It's 1/2 the price and looks and feels great.

so, shimano is successfully pushing new 12mm axle standard
now we have 6 variations of forks:
QR + 15mm + 12mm wheels
flat mount + post mount brakes
'
Is anyone else really confused that the gravel fork is 1 1/8 - 1 1/4 with 40mm tire clearance but the road fork is 1 1/8 - 1 1/5 with only 28mm tire clearance? I'm kinda lost as to why they'd do that....

Columbus fork looks good. However, them bastards can't stop with their "standards". Wonder how swapping wheels between 15mm and 12mm fork would work?
EDIT: There's no variations between 15x100 front axles or is there?

Lynskey pro carbon fork is amazing. I was trying to decide between this and the Enve. The Lynskey is a great fork. Straight bladed like the Columbus above. Not huge decals. They do a sale in October/November and they are priced great.
I'll add Lynskey to the list. Can you run 140 mm rotors on the Lynskey fork?
15x100 cross compatibility, I was thinking about the axle thread.
Onto my next question. Do you guys think adaptors could be used to mount a 12x100 hub onto 15x100 fork? The threaded side might be bit challenging with material thickness if one was to turn an adapter on a lathe.

They also use the hidden brake line that Enve is putting on the road disc this year. They had it two years ago BTW, Enve is marketing it as their new technology.
