Front panniers and mudguards on carbon fork

I can't find any carbon forks with both eyelets AND mounts for panniers on the legs

Maybe because that much load and carbon is just a bad idea?

There's a few out there.

Columbus Tusk Trekking is what I would go for. Your fenders and rack can share the same eyelet on the dropout.

Similar issue here. Thinking of trying to put a Tubus Fly rear rack on the front. With the QR mount adapters, the load would rest on the QR/axle. But I've seen reports of the stays cracking when attempted to squeeze the rack to 100mm front spacing. Spacers should work, but ugly, and could cause problems because the load sits further outwards on the QR axle. We will see ...

PS: Also don't put too much weight on the front if the geometry is not designed for it (low trail).
