Looking for thru axle wheelset

Hi

I am looking for a cheap training wheelset with the following spec:

Thru axle - 15mm front - 12mm rear.
11 speed shimano/Sram compatible
Clincher


Except for dt Swiss Spline 38 carbon I can't find any which seems odd as several brands are selling complete cyclocross bikes and/or framesets with 12/15 mm thru axles.
(Focus, Felt, Niner, Raleigh, Marin, Norco etc.)

Still quite expensive.

I'm just looking for a training wheelset. There are plenty of thru axle wheelsets for mtb cheaper than €250 but they do not fit 11 speed cassettes.

Yeah they Seem to be the only ones. But at least they seem well built.
