As the title says. I'm interested in hearing more about this bike. It looks solid (lightweight too?), geometry looks comparable to the Santa Cruz Stigmata. Which of the bikes would be better?

Angus Edmond rode one last season.
You should be able to reach him if you want to hear a review.

By the way, it weighs 8 kg. with Ultegra di2.

From an aesthetics standpoint, the Stigmata employs internal cable routing while Niner continues to use external mounts for the rear brake cable which while easier to service, is visually less appealing.

I have a 50cm (53TT) and it only weighed 920g for the frame. I have ridden it with both 33 and 40 tires and it rides great. With the 33 Racing Ralphs she weighs 7kg and 7.4 with the 40. I have Red22 but run 1x11 44T wolf with 10-42T 1195 cassette. It's lighter than most road bikes but feels very stable on both gravel and cross terrain.

I dislike the large shelf behind the seat tube, at the BB junction. I've seen them collect a LOT of mud there if conditions are bad. Not really a problem if you have a second bike and pit crew, but could be a problem if you race in a lot of mud and are on your own.
Great bikes otherwise though.
Personally, I prefer a touch lower bottom bracket, but they work well and aren't crazy high either (a-la old Ridley Geo).
