So I met the TRP guys at Sea Otter and got a set of Hylex brakes and the Di2 switch adapter. Then chain reaction had a killer sale on the XTR Di2 rear derailleur. I put those parts on my repaired frame and after one ride I decided to move them to the main bike...sooo much better than CX1. So here's the build on my new F1x.

17.5 lbs with pedals and P2M power meter

2014 F1x 55cm
RC38 C disc wheelset
Schwalbe One 25c tubeless
TRP 160mm rotors
Zipp SL70 44cm bar
Zipp 100mm SC SL
Specialized Cobble Gobbler post (heavy buy comfy)
Specialized Romin Evo Pro
BB30 bottom bracket with Wheels MFG adapter
S951 Crankset with P2M power meter
46t CX1 chainring
Candy 3 pedals with titanium axles
X11SL chain in gold (noisy)
XTR Di2 front junction and indicator (beeps when you hit 1 or 11 gear, AWESOME)
XTR Di2 rear derailleur w/internal battery
SRAM XO1 10-42 cassette

Great built! One question: can you fully utilize the smallest sprockets? I run a similar 1x11 setup, but on the smallest sprocket the x11sl chain will rub on the next largest sprocket.

Thinking of doing something similar with eTap blips. How are the hylex holding up?
.....but it still has to work!
