Seems like it would have been cheaper to buy frame only, since you'll probably want to replace every single component on the bike in order to get it to a respectable weight. But wheels/tires alone will be a huge improvement. If your bike has handlebars (they aren't listed), I'm guessing crank/handlebars/saddle/stem would be the next logical places to take off weight.
My CaadX 61cm went down from 10.x kg to 7.9kg.. biggest weight savings are achieved with new wheels/tyres and the cannondale parts. The Frame is actually pretty light and the fork o.k. weightwise..

Yeah it is a touch heavy but I raced a stock CAADX Ultegra last season but with a set of 38mm carbon tub wheels and that took it to around 9kg or just under. The weight is offset by lovely ride qualities and a won a few good races on mine. Lovely bike.
I am.....or should I say, I was interested in a CAADX in 58 but the geometry numbers just do not look right to me. I suspect there is a mistake but my dealer doesn't know, and Cannondale does not list their phone number, and they never returned my email. I only wanted to know the wheel base number on the size 58. According to the website, its 101.8 but that just does not seem correct judging from the other numbers.
I plan to soon buy the CaadX Taigra. (trying to find the blue-red 2014 model, which I prefer over the black 2015 paint-scheme)
I will replace the Tiagra mechanics with ultegra 10s that I have laying around from my Caad10.
And I just got a 2nd hand SRAM-S951-Red crank set to install on it!
I am just started looking for a set of wheels (clincher)now with reasonable price/weight ratio.
Any suggestions? Which width do I need; 135mm width 130mm?
Thanks,

I got a 2014 Blue/red 51cm Tiagra model, scrapped EVERY part off of it, now Dura ace, Zipp, ect, 17#'s on Stans/PDX's and 17.6 with 38mm carbon(farsports) wheels and Vittoria XN's for trail/road use. Love the bike, had 52cm Super X last year but was to tall standover height.
