Junior gear restrictions in Cross?

I am in the Netherlands too. I looked in the rules on the pdf's from the Knwu, but I couldn't find it anymore.. I was pretty sure the limitations in the field are the same as on the track. But I only can find the rules for under 15

These are standardized, international rules, which allow for compatibility during international events, i.e. the rules concerning junior gearing are the same for everyone.
