Does anyone know if this is available anywhere?
Or is it just for the pros?
46/36 is available in Ultegra, so I don't know why thay won't sell Dura Ace...

The Dura Ace rings are typically only for sponsored riders, though you can usually find them if you talk to the right mechanic at the right race.
For a 46 I don't think they add that much. Check out the Praxis 36/46 rings with the little adapter blocks that smooth out the cosmetic look and also stiffen the larger ring. They are better than anything else out there.

Where can I find them for dura ace 9000-cranks?

Ugh. My error. I set mine up on a pair of 7950 crank arms. I like those crank arms better than the 9000's anyway, and they are much more resistant to rub marks and other cosmetic damage than the 9000's.

Ok.
I am thinking of buying a 9000 groupset for my cx bike and need to find out what cranks to put on.

I believe your only non-Shimano choice is Rotor. If you do get Rotor rings, get the little blocks they sell that trim out the crank arms so it looks good, because they also provide a lot of stiffening support for the big chainring. They're about $65 or so extra but worth it.

Just run the Ultegra 9000 crankset on the bike. It is excellent. You could also buy an ultegra 46T ring and run it on the 9000 arms. That's what the Pros have, the 46T rings are just left unfinished or are anodized to match the 9000 crank arm color.... same ring though.

Are you sure they fit?
Anyway the colors don't match so I'm not really sure it will look that good. I can't find any pictures of this combo.

This is what I am looking for.
It looks like no other chainring.

Those are flat chainrings, not hollow ones, with the same kind of adapter that the chainring bolts screw into and finishes off the crank arm spider. Given that it's flat, it could be practically anything. I don't see any evidence that that's even a shimano ring.
You're talking about a fairly small large ring. With the stiffness contributed by the bolt adapters, any ring that fits will do a very good job for you. Has Shimano ever done a 46 in the hollow design? The last 46 I can remember was for 7800, which was a flat ring. There isn't much point in doing a small ring like a 46 in a hollow design -- it'll just get in the way of building ramps and such. This is a bike. And a cross bike to boot. Just put on the Ultegra rings and ride it.

That is exactly what I said it was, a flat Ultegra 46 T chainring that has been anodized a different color. It was DuraAce... but it really isn't. That's just for show. The Ultegra 46T are not hollow. Again, I would just run the entire Ultegra CX crankset. It looks great, is pretty light, and works flawlessly.
46T Ultegra rings run ~$146 retail. The entire crankset can usually be found for ~$220-$250.
