does anyone know of any other 'flared' drop bars similar to the Salsa Bell-Lap ones? I've also seen the On-One Midge, but that looks a little extreme, though I really shouldn't speak against it without trying one! obviously, light would be nice, but the right position matters more.

Ritchey also has these I believe.

It is a very common shape for touring bars - but not many of those are very WW.
