Lightest solution for a canti cable hanger?

Less likelihood of fork chatter with the first hanger
Two years ago I tried this:

and I couldn't believe I fixed the fork chattering on a easton ec90 fork after I tried almost everything. Now I have it on all my bikes (4). I couldn't spend my money better

Can you post a picture of your bike with this holder installed please? This holder looks interesting.

Lightest solution I've seen is two-step hole through the stem.
Upper hole (top of stem) is large enough to take the housing. Lower hole (bottom of stem) is only large enough for the cable. This makes the housing 'stop' in the interior of the stem.
Total weight gain is actually a loss: you will only lose a gram or two from the holes.
