I humbly present my Uncle John. Not a weight weenie in any sense, but made to cross with Paul's, Open Pro's, and a big fat red paint job.

How do you like it? I briefly looked at that frame but was put off by the rear spacing and disc tabs. How does it ride?

I've only had it built up for a short time but I like it (the build is below). Considering the cash ($315 US), the frame is awesome. The bike is no weight weenie but it's light enough to race and has very neutral handling.

Build:

Uncle John cross frame from Planet X
Winwood fork
Deda Magic Bar/Stem
Ultegra 10 STI, front & rear derailluers
Truvativ Rouleur Cross Crankset
Paul Neo Retro (front) and Touring Canti (rear)
Shimano LX hubs laced to Mavic Open Pro
LP Carbon post
Selle Italia Gel Flow saddle
Hutchinson cross tires

You'll have to give a full report sometime on the Pauls brakes. I have used a lot of Pauls stuff in the past and loved it, but went with Spookys on my CX bike.
